Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION

We ship orders quickly and with care. Standard delivery time is up to 7 days after your order has been placed, unless a different timeframe is specified during checkout. Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver within this period, you will be notified within 7 days of placing your order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered safely to you or to a person you’ve designated to accept delivery.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To qualify for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • Returned with all supplied accessories
  • In their original packaging, where reasonably possible

The cost of returning the product is at your own expense, and original shipping costs are not refunded. We will issue your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned product (or proof of return), using the same payment method you used for your order.

If a product shows signs of use, damage, or assembly that prevents it from being resold as new, we reserve the right to charge a depreciation fee.

Exclusions

Certain products are excluded from returns, such as items made to your specifications, perishable goods, or sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Warranty

All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover misuse, normal wear, consumables, or products bought from unauthorized sellers.
