My griddle base is damaged

If you're seeing some griddle base damage, there's a chance that we can offer some sort of replacement or compensation. If you haven’t already, please make sure to register your griddle to activate your warranty, as we can’t send anything out until that is completed.
Once your product is registered, reach out to our Customer Support via chat here or submit a request. Please make sure to include pictures of the damage so we can see the best way to assist you.
